If your class is cancelled please attend the next session as scheduled. The program manager or your instructor will be in contact with you regarding potential make-up dates for missed classes due to weather.
If your course is not listed, it is currently scheduled to meet as planned.
In case of severe weather, the local Site Coordinator will make decisions concerning cancellation of any course. This decision will be recorded on the coordinator’s voice mail number. Duke tries to make the decision 12 hours in advance of the scheduled course. Call the number of the site in the region where the course is scheduled. When possible, cancelled courses will be rescheduled. Participants may either attend the re-scheduled courses or receive a full refund. We will inform you by phone about these options when the weather clears.
