Barbara C Johnson, SPHR, MBA has over 15 years of experience as a practicing human resource professional with organizations in the software development, telecommunications, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.  She has worked in public, private and venture backed start-up companies during her career and brings a well-round view of the business world to the class.  She holds the SPHR human resources certification and received her MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.  Barbara teaches the program in Durham.
