Web-based but Instructor Lead: The Best of Both Worlds

This program offers the convenience of an entirely web-based curriculum. You move step by step, at your own pace, through comprehensive materials. You'll have layers upon layers of educational support including: texts, chapter notes, trial tests, review exams, legal documents templates, and many other features. But in addition to all this support, each student will be assigned an instructor whose role is to help you be successful. The instructor will grade your exams, evaluate and provide feedback on assignments, and track your progress. The program is designed to ensure your success by only allowing you to move forward once you've mastered the material. As each segment of the course is completed, the student must pass an online exam. Upon successfully completing the exam, the student will receive his or her password for the next segment. This design element, unique to the Duke program, will help you stay motivated and on-track in addition to providing additional educational support.

Our curriculum is comprehensive. When students finish our program they are ready to go to work. Our curriculum covers topics rarely covered in other paralegal programs. The curriculum for the classroom based program and the online based program are identical, only the format is changed.
