The difference between a good digital photograph and a great one can be a simple matter of post-processing. The tools needed to take your images to the next level are all contained in one application. Adobe Lightroom (c) is designed to handle all aspects of image post-processing from organizing and editing, to printing and publishing. Understanding the application, however, is not the same as knowing how to use it. In this class, students will learn the basics of Lightroom, and then put their new skills into practice with hands-on lab work. Students will bring their own digital photographs to class and use the lab's workstations to manipulate them in Lightroom. Students will also have the opportunity to share their "before" and "after" results in non-critical classroom reviews. Lecture (plus questions). Facilitated Discussion. Hands-On-Computer Use.
