yet filled – check individual course pages for more information.)

May 2024
May 1: Final payment deadline at 11:59 p.m. EST *Students with outstanding balances
will be dropped May 2 and students on the waiting list will be contacted in the order in which they
were received. If you are contacted from the waiting list, you will have 24 hours to enroll in the
course and pay full program fees.
May 15: Final date to request a course change.
May 15: Final date to purchase recreational plan *must also sign waiver for
qualifying students 16 years of age or older.
May 16: Final date to request a refund for Session 1 *Cancellations made 30
days prior to the start date of the course will result in a refund of monies paid less the $500 non-
refundable enrollment fee. Refunds are not available if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the
course start date, NO EXEMPTIONS. Please initiate any cancellation by contacting
precollege@duke.edu.
