You can shed your physically limiting habits and learn new habits that make your body and mind more agile and fit. This groundbreaking Change Your Age® program, based on the Feldenkrais Method® of Neuromuscular Reeducation, applies the principals of childhood development and neuroplasticity to adult learners. You will learn simple but powerful exercises that train your brain to move your muscles in healthier, stronger, and more coordinated ways.
