Course Description

The goal of this course is to enhance your balance, agility, cardio endurance, and strength. You will use fitness equipment you have accumulated over the years, such as resistance tubes and bands, and household objects like step stools, stairs, and pots or containers filled with water or sand as weights. You will also learn to use apps and timers on your mobile devices. The new twist to the course is interval training workouts you can do on the road while traveling to visit friends, grandchildren, or national parks. Join a group of actively engaged peers, some of whom are enthusiastic kayakers, hikers, and ballroom dancers, for a fun workout. | Active participation.
